scorpion_x9
I replaced my old and decreped suspension(which looked like all still from when the car was made); struts, balljoints, tie-rod ends about 1 and a half years ago. Of course I got an alignment after all that. Then I decided to get new tires, becuase my Kelly Chargers(were on the car when bought it) were getting a little ratty and didn't grip worth a bike tire. The new tires now have 10-20k miles on them and have excessive outside tire wear, I don't take corners very hard that often either or peel out. I beleive it's due the the balljoints I put on, and I can see that the tire isn't sitting completely straight and has a positive camber. I forgot to state that I bought all the suspension at AutoZone, which is partly a mistake, I think... So! I was just curious as to if anyone has had the same problem and what balljoints you used to cure this problem. I don't want to spend $70-80 a balljoint at GM and only have like a 3mo warranty. scorpion_x9
It doesn't look like you can adjust the camber. If you can, what do you adjust? I don't have an adjustable strut tower with those (usually) two bolts for adjusting such a thing. The rear is cake without a tool, and that's prefect! I got a Harbor Freight store locally. They got a lot of stuff pretty cheap. Other than that, I don't know how it can be adjusted.
