Tabiji Posted July 8, 2013 Report Share Posted July 8, 2013 The first thing I looked at was the HVAC fuse and it was good. I then check the charge, and it was in the "normal" zone on the gage (unsure the exact pressure). Now I am lost. I tried to look for switch on the AC system to see of I could short the connection to see if it was that switch, but I cannot find it to short it out. Haynes says to apply voltage to the AC clutch connector (no idea where that is either), and Chilton says since death may occur, go to a dealer. I hate to go to a dealer if it is $10 pressure switch. dodgethis Posted July 8, 2013 Report Share Posted July 8, 2013 If I am not mistaken, I thought you could pull the relay (should be in the fuse box under the hood), and just jumper the switch. You would have to look a the relay in order to tell which wires you are jumping. At least that is what I did, and my compressor cycled on.
