Low Oil Level sensor

Mine's shot. I read that it's like $30 and is on the oil pan. Does it screw into the oil pan, is there some kind of gasket needed so it don't leak... basically how do I change it?

If you have the 3.1 its right on the bottom of the oil pan. Remove the one bolt holding it to the block, disconnect the wiring and remove it from the pan. 5 minute job.
