Has anyone had a problem wit the "lower lay back" portion of the passenger seat, and if so, how did you repair it? I don'think the removal will be that big a deal, but curious as to the "latching" mechanism that ratchets up/and/down to allow the seat to lay down. Ours doesn't.:think:
