gmrulz4u
How the heck is the Vacuum Modulator attached to the transmission? Does it just plug-in or something? Is it held in place by any screws etc.? I had an adjustable modulator installed a few months ago, and am wanting to do some adjustments to see what changes I'm able to make to my shift "feel". I am able to reach the modulator with my arm and get a hold of it with my hand, but I'm unsure if I should just yank it out of the transmission case, or what? It just looks like it's plugged into the casing, and that's there's no bolts or screws or anything that have to be removed. I'm also thinking if I do that, will I be able to get it back in exactly right? Or does it even matter which way I put it back in? Thanks guys! Robby1870
Theres a screw that holds a small bracket on that holds the modulator in place. You dont have to take the modulator out to adjust it. Just pull the vacuum line off the front of it, then put a pocket screwdriver in there and turn it
