In my 88 International it has this climate control:

But I absolutely hate it. Not sure why but it drives me insane so i was wondering if I could swap in a 1994 cutlass one?

I like this climate control a lot more. Would it be a direct swap? All the wiring the same?

It has been done. it was done by my evil twin, 3100MPFI in Texas

 

Manic Mechanic might know how to find it.
