ok,had problems with this tranny before, but got them fixed...now,the vacume line came off, before it did,the tranny was shifting great, now since I found the line off and put it back on,it stays in 1st gear...refuses to shift into 2nd,anyone got any ideas as to what is going on? The only thing that I did,was stop, pull into a drive way and turn around,no beating it or anything....

Is there vacuum at the vacuum hose?

First Guess: The plumbing has a second leak. Until the modulator gets vacuum, it won't shift into second until it's revved WAY up.
