Gearhead43 Posted November 2, 2003 Report Posted November 2, 2003 Not the old LCD type DIC.. from 88-90.... It will not show the doors ajar. The 90 4 door STE's DIC as well as the 91-93 DIC's were Vacuum Flourescent Type Displays. (VFD) Those will show Doors ajar, among many other icons when hooked up to the interface module found only on the 4 door STE GP's. I am in the middle of a project to add the extra icons on a 2 door GP with a VFD DIC installed...It requires the addition of several extra sensors and sending units. Quote

Gearhead43 Posted November 2, 2003 Report Posted November 2, 2003 Dagger, If the Lumina's ashtray is in the same location as the non DIC 88-93 Gp's, then YES. The ashtray will have to be removed. The new console with the end extension for the DIC has an ashtray after the shifter plate. Quote
