Galaxie500XL Posted August 28, 2012 Report Posted August 28, 2012 (edited) Someone else may have already mentioned this, but just in case... Almost EVERY '95-up Cutlass Coupe/convertible, including mine seem to have the two tabs broken that hold the interior door handle surround still on the door panel. Every time the doors are locked or unlocked, the surround bounces up and down, and never sits straight on the door panel. I was at the junkyard yesterday, and made a suprising discovery, which others may or may not have known. '95-up SEDAN surrounds from the REAR doors are the same as COUPE surrounds for the FRONT. Says so in the moulding on the back of the surrounds. I'd looked for 3 years for a decent set that wasn't broken for my '95 convertible--turns out I've passed by dozens of rear door sedan surrounds that would have done the job just fine. Total cost at junkyard--$1.80. Hope this helps someone! Daniel Edited August 28, 2012 by Galaxie500XL Quote
