l2bengtrek Posted July 11, 2012 Report Share Posted July 11, 2012 Agreed...Almost all of the screw holes in mine were stripped out...so I filled each hole with JB WELD and once dry, screwed new screws down. Worked perfect. Still strong since '97. You could probably use any kind of sealer that dries hard to fill the holes. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JB Weld is actually a damn strong 2 part epoxy..after I filled the holes and it dried, it was like drilling into new plastic..one of the first things I fixed when I bought the car...
