Its my 1994 3.8 Regal non supercharged. I have high idle , about 1200 and slow to start. So i scan and get code 1629 which my AutoXray tool says is "fuel enable too hight, anti theft fuel enable". I check my temp sensor on a hot engine and its 60* with no change when i disconnect it. I ohm out sensor, and its=188ohms. But i am not sure if im at the temp sensor...its on intake toward DS toward cowl with 1 wire going to it.

Any ideas? thanks

I found it. Its under throttle body and hard to get to. Its 27k ohms ambient and i cleaned contacts and only gained a few degrees from 60 to 70 , so hopefully its bad. Disconnecting it drives the scan tool to show -40. The other sensor must be for a fan or somn. Wish i knew its ohmic rating at ambient.
