Z34guy Posted May 30, 2012 Report Posted May 30, 2012 I'd check the filter or the regulator... Also. off-topic. 3.1L Multi-port V6 or 2.3L Quad 4? Quote
1988PhantomFE3 Posted May 30, 2012 Report Posted May 30, 2012 Check your vaccum lines, sounds like one of them came off or the vaccum reseviour is toast. The res. (globe looking thing) is mounted way up under the front part of driver's fender on my 1994 CS. When that came unplugged, it would start fine, but when we put it in gear and tried to move it....it would just die! Quote
pshojo Posted May 30, 2012 Report Posted May 30, 2012 I got caught once by not checking the brakes. Had a cutlass that the brakes were hanging up so much it felt that the car just had no power. Quote
virtuetovice Posted May 30, 2012 Report Posted May 30, 2012 Was that "new" fuel filter a junkyard pick? Quote
fugate49 Posted May 31, 2012 Author Report Posted May 31, 2012 would that make the pressure drop when you checked the pressure Quote
