cold a/c on driver side, warmer(not hot) on passenger side

My 97 Cutlass Supreme Coupe has the split driver/passenger side a/c controls. I would say the difference is about 10 degrees warmer on the passenger side. I read through the FAQ section about this, and don't really see if anyone has really nailed this problem. The last posting was about a year ago. Any new thoughts/experiences on this? Like I said, the compressor and a/c work fine, just warmer (and can't change it ) on the pass side. A year or so ago I got both the dash and door HVAC controls at a pull a part. I have never tested them, so I don't know if they work or not. I have not yet taken the glove box out to check the actuator, but I will if that still seems to be what you guys think the problem is. Thanks.

Usually cold on one side and warmer on the other is a problem with the blend doors. That would be the first thing to check.

Could be a little low on freon. You can move the right temp to hot, correct? Or does it not change at all?
