iTurbo
I have a new ZZP S/C coupler and also a modular pulley that I'm going to install soon on the Regal GS. Since I'm doing both of these, would it be a good idea to just rebuild the damn thing while I'm at it? The bearings and seal aren't terribly expensive and I do have a press. 1988PhantomFE3
While you're there you might as well. You'ld kick yourself if you didn't and something went wrong. Unless you think like the government, "If it ain't broke, fix it till it is!"
iTurbo
Heh well I hate to think I'm anything like the government, but I have been known to get carried away with repairs/modifications. The Regal GS most definitely has the 'rumbling rocks' sound at idle and it's probably just the coupler, but the car does have about 130k miles on it. AL
Its really hard to believe your GS has HALF the mileage that mine does... I could only dream of having a low mile vehicle again
