skitchin Posted April 27, 2012 Report Posted April 27, 2012 Guessing you're having overheating problems? Most likely it's a relay Quote
markb Posted April 27, 2012 Author Report Posted April 27, 2012 thanks for answeing the post but which relay are you talking about. Quote
skitchin Posted April 27, 2012 Report Posted April 27, 2012 1 of the 2 fan relays, front of hood passenger side in that black box, on my 95 anyhow. Could be somewhere else on yours. Quote
Dark Ride Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 Does your AC actually work? If it does then I'd suggest a relay, but if the A/C isn't working because the system is low on Freon for example, then the ECM won't bother to turn the fans on since it won't work anyway. Quote
Z34guy Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 Grand Am is not W-body! I don't know how many times I've had to tell people the Grand Am is an N-body. Try grandamgt.net If it's a V6, then mechanically, the Grand Am is very similar to the W-body. but the 4 cylinder models no. Quote
