1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible electric fans

I have a 1995 olds cutlass supreme convertible 3,4 v-6 can someone please direct me to change the temperature the electric fans come on at the car is from the midwest and i brought it to the desesert it is set now to come on at 210 i posted this question in another thread a few people said it can be done now please can someone point me in the direction to get it done thank you

yeah, you'll either need PROM reprogramming equipment or to get in touch with someone else who already does.
