Mach 5 Posted March 30, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 30, 2012 thanks everyone. I wound up just using the other gasket. I wanted to replace what was on the motor from the start but then I realized it really wasnt the right one to begin with!! the reasoning for the two holes is what I believe to be the oil filter bypass valve in case the filter gets plugged.. I really dont know but thats my logical guess so I used the other gasket. All done and now the motor is going in the car tomorrow.
