GnatGoSplat Posted April 5, 2012 Report Posted April 5, 2012 Relay should be labeled. Remove relay, and make note of which holes pins #30 and #87 go into on the socket. Then take a wire and jumper across those pins in the socket. Lot easier than taking it apart. Yeah, 1st fill is going to have to be sacrificial with the UV dye. When it all leaks out, you should be able to find the leak. One of those UV light pens makes it a lot easier to see the leak because it'll glow fluorescent yellow. Quote
GP1138 Posted April 5, 2012 Report Posted April 5, 2012 I just hate putting wires in holes.. I'm paranoid about blowing something, and popping the top off of a relay isn't terribly difficult, but both ways will work. It's all about what you're comfortable with. Quote
