urbex
Does anyone know what is all involved in adding steering wheel radio controls to my Lumina? I have access to a steering wheel with controls that's in decent shape, but if I need to grab any wiring or any harnesses I'd like to know.... Thanks!! no1kicker
You probably need the clockspring also. If you could get the whole column that would be the easiest.
3pt1lumina
If you do attempt this and end up being successful, please do a write-up. I'd love to do this in my 96 and 97!
Timm
Looks like a simple LT GRN wire goes from the column to the radio is all lol. Feel free to take all and any wires you want if you want it!

Feel free to take all and any wires you want if you want it! Thanks for the diagram! Yeah, I think I might try it. The steering wheel is in decent shape (needs repainting) so if I can figure it out that'd be sweet!
pshojo
So, How about adding cutlass steering wheel controls? If i got the whole steering column from another cutlass with steering controls. Would the harness already be there and just have to swap out? thoughts/
1988PhantomFE3
You guys got guts! I'm afraid to touch my steering wheel to replace a light in the SWRC! I don't need that airbag blowing up in my face!
urbex
Airbags are easy to take out
