Sierra1500 Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 I currently have a 1990 Chevy Suburban its 2WD 5.7L 350 Im thinking about putting a transmission oil cooler on it. Its the 4speed 700R Tranny its been rebuilt with a shift kit because I know 3rd gear likes to go out so I made it bullet it proof with shift kit and also drilled some wholes to get better oil flow. I love my suburban my dad trade to sell it but I couldnt let it go so I bought it. I live in Texas where it likes to 110degrees thats why im thinking about an transmission oil cooler is it worth it? base93lumina Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 Tranny coolers are always a good upgrade. Damn dude, check your grammar and spelling before you post, hurts my eyes Quote
slick Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 You might have better luck asking on a forum specific to your vehicle. But yes, very worth it. Quote
