I would probably swap those in if I had a Regal too. Looks like only the left one is good. Come to think of it, wasn't it the Regal where the entire taillight is one assembly? Quote

I'm not sure of any other year, but the 91 I used to have came with these. The trim level on mine was just a limited with the chrome trim and wire wheel-covers. I always thought the previous owner had put them on to rice it out, but then I found more like it in the junkyards. They looked pretty nice lit up. Its an entire assembly. This. Coupes are one piece, but sedans have separate tail lights. Quote
