vacuum hard lines for 95 Monte Carlo LQ1

Hello All,

I wanted to know if anyone know the part numbers to the vacuum hard lines. The line that goes to the LIM and into the throttle body clamped on plastic. It looks like a "T" with several lines coming out of it. Mine broke when I was removing and want to replace it.
