Cutlass350
You have an L36 engine. But, don't count on being able to use stuff from other L36 engines. http://wikipedia.org/wiki/Oldsmobile_Intrigue http:/wikipedia.org/wiki/Buick_V6_engine#L36_Naturally_Aspirated One thing that will help is a new cat and new O2 main sensor. Cats start to get clogged after ~50K miles. And, the aftermarket cats and downpipes flow better. O2 sensors start to "get slow" and loose accuracy after ~30K miles. For your car: http://www.andysautosport.com/oldsmobile/1998_2002_intrigue/performance/exhaust/catalytic_converters/magnaflow/magf00179238.html Magnaflow Hi Flow Catalytic Converter - Direct Fit Oldsmobile Intrigue Magnaflow Hi Flow Catalytic Converter - Direct Fit Fits On: 98-99 Oldsmobile Intrigue (Exc. Calif. OBDII) part# 23405 Price: $199.55 Below are some pictures of the original and replacement cat and downpipe for my 2000 Intrigue with a 3.5L LX5 shortstar engine. NOTE: The location of the backend O2 on the replacement required me to "relieve" (bang in with a big hammer the underbody (second picture). Good Luck!
