Bake82
After my 5spd swap I closed up my glove box and now it won't open. It has the locking mechanism on it. The owner's manual says you need a special key to do this which should be with the car so you can unlock and then change the code. Ofcourse it's not and I never was given the code to begin with. How can I get into the glove box short of breaking shit? Thanks! Kyle
AL
I know its possible without breaking anything, do a quick search as this has come up a few times, I just dont remember the solution that was posted
White93z34
those are easy. get a small flashlight and look between the numbers, primarily to the right of each number you will see little teeth in next to the number wheels slowly turn them one at a time. I go left to right. and keep turning till the teeth go away, repeat for each number then it should open up no problem and you'll have the code that you can then reset to your liking. intern8tion9l
is it dumb to ask how to reset?
ScoobyDoo82
is it dumb to ask how to reset? Put your code in, open the glovebox, push the orange "button" up, put in your new code, push the button back down, test it, close the glove box, done.
