1st be aware a friend power washed engine without covering certain parts. Upon 1st crank the SES lights and stay on 99.9%. Scanner show a EGR Valve Code Solenoid error 2 & 3. It has been brought to my attention that carbon build-up causing same code with the 1994 Century 3.1. ( I changed EGR VALVE - SES remains on ) My next step is to start complete carbon build-up cleaning. ( EGR PORT, THROTTLE BODY & MAYBE MANIFOLD )>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> experienced knowledge wanted <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Just had to do this on a '02 Impala with the 3.4, recurring EGR low flow code. The intake ports were completely plugged with carbon. Took a good hour to clean it out. I had to remove the throttle body as well, there was no way to get in there with it in place.

Thanks for input. It appears worth rating @ 5 stars.
