94 olds vert Posted October 16, 2011 Report Share Posted October 16, 2011 Well, your build date is close to mine and my 94 was prewired. Remove the bezel around the gauges and light switch. 5 screws hidden on the top lip. Then behind the cluster or light switch look for an extra wire connector. It will be blue and kinda big. If it's there your car is prewired. Do you have the 3.4 DOHC with steering wheel controls and ECC? If so the odds are good it's prewired. You will need dash pad, HUD unit, dimmer/adjuster switch (you must have that) also will need the smaller cubby in the center stack. The dash pad is optional.
