monty98 Posted October 9, 2011 Report Posted October 9, 2011 so i have a 2003 GTP with a ABS and a trac control light on, now i know that the ABS sensor will make both lights come on, my question is, how do i test them to find out what one is bad? i have no bearing noise of any play to tell me that the bearing itself is bad just the lights on the dash. any help would be awesome! thank you all Quote
Andrew Posted October 10, 2011 Report Posted October 10, 2011 get your car scanned, they should be able to tell you which one is the culprit. Unfortunately, you cant replace just the sensor. Have to replace the whole hub assembly. Quote

runt Posted October 10, 2011 Report Posted October 10, 2011 Also consider that it could be a wiring harness. I got an ABS light like that on my '01. Turned out the harness got nicked and shorted out. It's probably the sensor just givin' a heads up. Quote
