GrandPrix34
What tool can be used instead of the tool required to remove the cam gear inorder to remove the lockring? THis tool: http://www.etoolcart.com/product.asp?3=1037 I remember reading something about how someone used a 3 prong puller from Autozone, I wanted to know if anyone has used a different toool than the one pictured or if you need the tool at all? Thanks for the support

GrandPrix34
went to the mechanic this morning and assisted in removing the whole front of the timing cover to view the belt in action....we retimed it 2wice and there is still this horrible noise plus the car is still runnning like shit....all the points/procdeures were followed using the factory service manual so wat in God's name could it be? He is gonna take off the cam carrier of the cam bolt that oscillates horribly to inspect the cam.... How in God's name does a cam get bent/damaged?
