Jprice90
this just started happening not too long ago, but it slowly got worse over time, when im braking just say anything about 20 i'll get like a popping or slight clunk coming from the back right side it sounds like, i always thought it was the front end, but as it got worse and louder i can tell it's coming from the back, now..i looked under there and everything seems fine, might take the wheel off and check the pads and stuff
mra32
check the lugnuts before you take the wheel off. Embarrassed to say that loose wheels caused me to scratch my head on a similar problem first till i broke a stud or two.
LuminaPower92
Check the calipers as well. Found my z was making this noise and turned out it was the caliper piston.
tornado_735
Jack her up, and (carefully) see if there's any play in the rear wheels/suspension. Of course, don't get underneath without it being on a jackstand!
94 olds vert
Does it happen when you go over pumps and stuff? Check to see how the rubber pads are under the mono leaf. http://www.w-body.com/showthread.php/52252-Moog-Spring-pads-How-to-install-%28pics%
