power window motor

hey everyone, does anyone here know if the cluster lights can be replaced? some are burnt out.

im guessing they can be, also would anyone here have or know where i can get a power

window motor?

Uhhm hello, welcome.

 

Yes the lights can be replaced, and try rockauto.com or your local salvage yard.

those tiny lamps in the PW or PL buttons might be soldered in, IIRC. If you get them at a junk yard, grab a couple of them in case one is burnt out. They are very small lights. just find a similar model as your own car and remove the driver window control panel where there will be the most lights.

 

Also, you might try radio shack for small enough lights, but take a voltage reading across one of the lights when it is still installed, I don't know if those things run on 6 or 12 volts but you will need to know if you try to get one at radio shack. Of corse RS is not going to know what lights a car uses but you can rig something.
