Bake82 Posted August 22, 2011 Report Share Posted August 22, 2011 (edited) going to be doing 5spd swap on my 92 GTP. plan is to drop the cradle, while its apart wondering what i should replace. Plan right now is alternator, serp belt, cradle bushings, motor mount(thanks matt) thinking about oil pan gasket and maybe rear main but i don't know i fI want to mess with something if it's not leaking right now.... opinions? I wish I would have had the time every time I've done that before. As was said, definitely mounts, poly if you can/want, but solid for sure. White93z34 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 I'm a big fan of doing the oil pan gasket then, walk in the park to do it with everything apart, major bitch any other time. power steering hi pressure line is a good thing to swap as well.
