pontiac735
Just wondering,I seen it in my local auto trader and was wondering would it have the ABS or the disc...hopefully the discs.
brother pig
I don't understand by what you mean "ABS or the disc". You can have both ABS and disc brakes. Maybe I just don't understand. But if you really want to know, just check the RPO codes in the trunk. I believe this web site has them somewhere....I saw them once. Also, some wheels I've noticed have "ABS" in the center, though this would not be a sure way to check at all.
pontiac735
What I meant to say was ABS or just the plain old 4 wheel disc brakes....same as my 91 SE.
The Burning Rom
If it's a Turbo STE, then it has ABS. If it's a plain 90 STE, then it might not have ABS. You'd have to go take a look at the car to find out for sure.
no1kicker
yeah, the ABS master cylinder is deisel. It's huge and it has a black ball on the bottom left. Much larger than the non-abs one.
Lee
Odds are even a non-turbo STE is going to have the Powermaster III abs. It's a luxury model. My plain Custom Regal has it.
