alec_b Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 The '97's might not have traction control, but I'll bet anything they have lots or torque management in 1st gear, as many of the GM cars have to protect the trans during launch and WOT shifts. alec_b Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 I have noticed that a lot of '97 3800 cars do seem rather sluggish, compared to newer editions.
