04grandam-gt Posted July 11, 2011 Report Share Posted July 11, 2011 hey everyone. so i have a 2004 grand am gt that will not crank(even with car starter). ive checked all the fuses and relays and disconnected the car starter to see if that would change anything. yes the battery is charged. also i dont hear a click from the starter relay when trying to start it. any ideas? thanks chris Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

RobertISaar Posted July 11, 2011 Report Share Posted July 11, 2011 N and W are only really similar in that they are GM FWD cars. be sure to watch the security light while attempting to crank. if it does blink, then something is up with the passlock system, which we had a rather thorough discussion about yesterday, and how to bypass it easily.
