Laveen Z34
My Z34's stering wheel jiggles way too much and almost scared that the steering wheel will come off. Never had this problem before. Had it towed to my house where after 3 weeks I was able to finish replacing LIMG, VCG, TB, WP. Started it yesterday and no more high RPM with coughing issues nor quick temperature rise but when I drove it steering started to jiggle and when I let go i pulls to the right. Tires are not the greatest and in the process of replacing. You think the tow truck man messed it up a bit? Maybe new tires with alignment? what do you guys think? AL
Do you mean there is a vibration in the steering wheel or the steering wheel is actually loose?
White93z34
is it a up and down movement in the tilt mechanism? or slack in the actual steering, ie dead play before car starts turning to the left or right?
xtremerevolution
A bit more information would be good. Its unlikely the tow truck guy messed anything up. Check your tie rods.
Laveen Z34
Upon careful examinaton, I found my 2 front tires bad, tire separation on both - who would have thought. Replaced them and off I went......But GUYS, thanks for all the help. There's a lil give on the tilt going up and down but doesn't worry me as much......THANKS AGAIN!
