ABS light with hard acceleration

My ABS light comes on whenever i accelerate hard and stays on untill i shut off the car and restart. Any ideas what this could be?

if you have wheelspin during these events, it could be the ABS computer setting a code for at least one wheel speed sensor being significantly different than the rest.

what if it happens without wheel spin?

in that case, i wouldn't know.... get ahold of a scanner/ALDL cable that's capable of playing with the ABS module.
