oldscuty3.4 Posted June 8, 2011 Report Share Posted June 8, 2011 I have a 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme with the 3.1 liter v6. All of the sudden the heater as well as the ac only blows thru the floor and the defrost. white4d96 Posted June 8, 2011 Report Share Posted June 8, 2011 Vacuum hose. There's a little tiny vacuum line, I don't remember where it is routed. Mine had contacted the crossover and melted, causing this problem. I sourced replacement hose from Advance for like 6 bucks and just replaced the whole line. 55trucker Posted June 8, 2011 Report Share Posted June 8, 2011 (edited) Defrost & floor are the default position that the duct door swings to in case of failure. The control module sits on top of the heater box. It is electric over vacuum, as stated you may have a failed vacuum hose or worse the module may have failed.
