cradle interchange??

hello. must start by saying awesome site..

i was wondering if any other engine cradles

would fit the 95-99 monte carlo?

like the grand prix cradle??

swap everything?? cradle, control arms, struts?

anyone know if this is possible?

unless you have a 3.4 DOHC any 88-97 gen1/1.5 w body cradle will fit no problem, if you have a 3.4 dohc you'll need a 91-97 cradle for the rear mounting point not present on the 88-91 cradles. front suspension is mostly the same with the exception of the 96+ front knuckles that were provisioned for bigger rotors.

alright. well the car..95' monte had a 3.1, swapped to a L67..obd2,....

i was looking to get rid of the gen 1/1.5 "integrated spindle" cartridge style struts.

and go with the 2nd gen setup...but it sounds like a no..
