bourmanr Posted May 11, 2011 Report Share Posted May 11, 2011 Wifes grand prix is a 1997 model, this morning the window stopped working, got the panel off of it and the motor wants to work, but window dosent move with it, i could pull the window up manually for about 3/4 of the way then it stopped? looks like a cable was holdin it down? now i have no idea where the cable hooks up to? any help as to what is wrong and how to hook the cable back up would be greatly appreciated!! cable is unhooked on the window slide too not on the motor...thanks BOb Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bourmanr Posted May 12, 2011 Author Report Share Posted May 12, 2011 yeah i managed to get the regulator out, and the cable inside by the motor was bound and twisted, so i am going to order a regulator for it, prob one that comes with a motor so it is a bolt in procedure.
