SteveH
I was at a repair shop having work done and they noticed that my lower control bushings on the rear of the car were bad. They mentioned that were some better control arm bushings that would make the car sit higher? How many bushings would I need?

They have trailing arms and lateral links, and neither of those affect ride height. The only things that affect ride height are the leaf spring isolator pads. jman093
Yeah, they have to be talking about the isolator pads that commonly go bad. There's one pad on each side. The alternative ones they are talking about are these plastic ones: http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/MOO0/K6544.oap?pt=03925&ppt=C0106 And they do raise the car up quite a bit if your old ones are shot.
