RobertISaar
apparently a Bose system was available? anyways, this should cover it. http://i.imgur.com/zmVcj.png
Breakdown
If it's just speakers. It's not positive and negative it's treble and bass. Turn the radio on, and if it sounds good it's done right. It will sound relatively garbled if you have it backwards - it will be obvious you won't need an 'ear' for good sound.
Addicted2bass
Red and Green? That doesnt sound right. Is this the Bose system?
RobertISaar
just in case.... here is the diagram for the Bose as well. i didn't see a red/green combo in any of them though... http://i.imgur.com/CbOBB.png
Addicted2bass
Here is the wire colors, with Bose it should be the same. http://www.the12volt.com/installbay/stereodetail/532.html If you dont see these colors right at the speakers, follow the harness and there should be a plug, on the other side of the plug you should see the colors listed in the link above. Also check to see whay Ohms your speakers are. Sometimes Bose systems use 2 Ohm speakers. In that case most aftermarket speakers, which are 4 ohm, are not going to sound very good.
