gp90se
1996 cutty Turn the headlights on the left indicator light pops on dim, turn the blinker on it glows bright but doesn't blink. With the hazard lights on, the rears blink, thee outside left blinks but the inside front left stays off. I'm thinking ground issue, but more likely the multi function switch. Psych0matt
check your blinker fluid? If it sloshes to the side or rear it could cause that

55trucker
You more than likely have a bad ground on the socket involved. When you turn on the park/headlights you remove the unintended ground path that the turn signal is using to function.
95 vert
Replace the left inner bulb front. You said it didn't work with hazards on, correct?

npfd
I think the bulb also, I had an intermittent issue like this recently, in which turn signal left, and it would just stay on... I thought it was the switch, but after going back and hitting the casing it would work for a little while. Changed the bulb and it worked fine since.. gp90se
Swapped out the bad bulb, problem solved. I was reprimanded when working at autozone for putting a white bottle of brake fluid with no label, wrote blinker fluid 2.99 and left it on the counter
