White93z34
you likely won't be able to see it, it should be a little 10mm on the back of the alt a small ratchet or box end wrench should be able to get at it no problem. and I'd venture to say 90%+ of the people who do that job never put that bolt back in, welcome to the forum! cessna
thankyou ....I dropped the sub down a couple of inchs and I could'nt see the bolt I can barely get my hand up in behind the alt I'm a little uncomfertable dropping the sub to far down thinking that I might break something else ....like vaccum lines or any other line for that matter .....im only lowering the passenger side down did'nt see the need to drop the whole thing so thats what im saying about missing a step somewhere .....but thanks again and I will see if I can feel around and find that bolt .......... AL
You dont have to lower the whole subframe, only the one corner so your ok there... But it is a huge pain getting that top bolt

Sagitarii
Yep I replaced my alternator AGAIN recently, I think the upper bolts are easier to get to if you remove the coil pack.
