Sign of a bad clock spring?

Just bought a 91 Lumina, runs/drives good, but the cruise is inop and the right signal doesn't flash. Does this sound like a clock spring issue? Left signal works, horn works still. I haven't looked into it at all yet, I've hardly driven it in all honesty.

As far as I know, only vehicles with airbags have a clockspring. I DO know that a 1st gen lumina does not though.

BULB CHECK?

meaning that if you have burned out bulbs that prevents the flasher from flashing...

ACTUALLY... only the REAR lights out prevent it from flashing! ;)

Rear light is still working. I have a new switch at my dads house (somewhere). If it's the same one (I bought it for a Camaro but it looks the same), I'll throw it in since the old one has all the paint worn off anyway. I forgot about the no airbags = no clock spring
