What do you got in a 12" sub thatll be ideal in a .90 cuft box? Im looking at Boston Acoustics amps, and found this

not bad for the price, but 300wrms at 2ohms.

Any subs fitting those specs?

Im going more for sound quality. I know itll get loud just from a 12" and powering it, so Im not concerened about SPL at all. I want this to sound good.

The Boston Acoustics outlet store has some excellent deals on refurbished amps. I'll be picking up a few of those for the new Regal when the Bonneville is sold.

They do have 12" versions of those subs as well, but those require more power. That, and the HF is out of stock.

I would honestly go with the 10" HF sub. It will take 350W RMS, so giving it 225W RMS with that amp will be just fine.

I'll second the Daytons, they get some pretty good reviews, and Dayton knows speakers. They're house speakers, but they work just as well in a vehicle. I'll probably grab some when these Kickers I have finally blow.

I'll third a recommendation on Dayton Audio. I'm running a Dayton DVC series 12" sub in the Impala. I've had it since I had the 96GTP (3 years-ish), and it's taken a beating but still sounds great. I'd like to upgrade to the Titanic series, but I need to build a better box first.
