radray64 Posted February 6, 2011 Report Share Posted February 6, 2011 93 GP......After replacing all of that a month ago, I have an antifreeze smell in the car, maybe the heater core is leaking slightly..just a guess...I cant see any leak.. W30post Posted March 5, 2011 Report Share Posted March 5, 2011 I have chased a coolant smell for a little while on my Monte Carlo. Mine was a small drip at the heater core to heater hose clamp. I didn't get it sealed off good. It doesn't take much to make the smell. Otherwise, I might start really looking at the intake manifold gasket to head area for seepage.
