carkhz316
HEET, isopropyl, and the such doesn't really do as much as it once did back in the day, especially with all the ethanol already present in gas. Just saying.
Jonpro03
What kind of motor? Typically, an idle problem is a vacuum leak or a broken IAC valve.
Crimson Fury Z
3400. it drove and started fine all day then it happened. hmmm, i hope the iac is easier to change than the thermostat. title edit a little better? Jonpro03
Do you have a temp gauge?
Crimson Fury Z
thanks for the replies, but after reviewing iac symptoms, it was not that. i got it to auto zone and dropped a bottle of prestone fuel system cleaner and the s.o.b decided to run on it's own again.
