91LuminaEuro
So, the other day i drove to work, heat worked fine. Later that day on my lunch i went to get Arbys, no blower motor...CRAP. On the way home from work, about halfway home of the 45min commute, the blower magically starts working. Works the next day to work, then isn't working after work to school. The lights on the HVAC controls are working, and when i push the button for the defroster, i can hear the door in the firewall open/close. The heat works, since if i put it on vent i can feel faint air coming through and its hot air, just no blower fan to push it through. So im sure its not a fuse. Its either the blower motor crapped out, or something else. I'm going to dig into it tomorrow morning. Anybody have any ideas?
WhatTheFehl
Had the same problem with my work van. IIRC they replaced the switch and the resistor.
91LuminaEuro
I'm going to assume its the resistor. I'm going to tear into it tomorrow and test it to verify. Hopefully i can get one ASAP. Its too cold for this nonsense.

slick
Either resistor pack (common) or blower motor.
91LuminaEuro
It was the blower motor. The plug was bad. If you pushed up on the plug on the motor, it would turn on, if you let go it woudl turn off. I have it temporarily fixed, ordered the new one to come in and will replace it probably friday.
