Only o-rings i know of are in the pcv area. But i cant think of anywhere else a coolant o ring is used. The thing is these stupid UIM kits come with so much shit in them, you end up not using half the shit so i could be missing something.....But in the 3 i have done, (on seperate cars) never came across a coolant oring i can remember.

the o-rings you may be thinking of are for the L67 LIM.

That was my exact thought... The non-SC have ring-type gaskets for the EGR and coolant passages.

Well maybe that's the case... I put a new upper intake gasket in it and it didn't change anything so maybe I will try a new intake manifold... But its leaking out eight in between the upper intake and lower intake

Did you use the original Upper plenum? If so...it's possibly just warped....(especially if you take it off and re-use it) IIRC the "o-rings" you are thinking of that would be extra items for an L67 are fixed into the UIM gasked for the L36....so if you used a new gasket...those o-rings wuld be new.

Yes I did reuse it... I will exchange it and see what that does

More than likely that's the problem right there....the old one probably warped. Save yourself the trouble again and put a brand new Dorman UIM on there.

The throttle body coolant passage area = a common source of leaks on those. Sometimes the it's just the gasket there, sometimes it leaks there from the intake being warped too much.
