kfahn
what wires would i have to run, and what level of difficulty would this be?
Robby1870
should be just a power and ground, I think
ismellrealbad
I just checked my spare seat in the basement. power and ground, thats it. i think the most difficult thing would be concealing the wires. they used a thicker ga wire than what they normally run around the car. im going to take a stab and say 14ga. ismellrealbad
and considering i have the same interior as you im inclined to make an offer. hows $35 sound for my seat plus trade for your seat. Ill drive it over there and ill help u put it in. I need $$ and im going to be swapping in my cloth seats for the winter and i could care less if its power or not....unless you already have a seat lined up to buy. lemme know
Gearhead43
You could go to a junkyard and pull the entire power seat harness out from the car from the C200 firewall connector all the way to the seat. Then you will not needto cut any wires. And it will be plug and play.
Dannymik
I believe that the wires are 12gauge..I just did it in my Cutlass a couple months ago. Either way 12-14 gauge, they are somewhat thick!
